Master Ambassadors

A desire to invest in your major ? Do you like managing projects and events with different stakeholders (alumni, administrative services, students of Science Po Lille) ?

The mission of ambassadors of your major is made for you!

The role

• Being referent, referent of a major with students and future students of Sciences Po Lille, graduates, the teaching team, the schooling and the Direction of professional integration.
• Coordinate projects aimed at explaining possible jobs after Sciences Po Lille within the specialty or major, in cooperation with the different departments of Sciences po Lille (Department of Professional Integration, Education), the teaching team and the 'Alumni Association.

Missions

• Organize business conferences, “professional aperitifs”. In cooperation with the professional integration department, the Alumni Association and the teaching team;
• Organize a Back to School Cocktail, the galette des rois in January and end of semester cocktail in 5A ;
• Participate in Sciences Po Lille Open Day, Lille student fairs for some of the ambassadors, and possibly in the Paris student fair in cooperation with the professional integration department and the Education; in the same manner as for other students hired to go to the Student fair;
• Participate in the 2A presentation meeting of the majors and the 4A pre-school year. In collaboration with schooling and the teaching team;
• Organize the forum of the majors in March in collaboration with the professional integration, schooling and teaching staff;
• Participate in educational meetings with those responsible for specialties and majors in coordination with the Studies Department;
• Create links with the first, second and third year students to support them in their orientation. In autonomy and in coordination with the Direction of professional integration, schooling and the service of international relations;
• Create a link with the alumni association. In cooperation with the Professional Integration Department
• Possibly co-organize field trips, as part of the major, with the person responsible for the major and the education;
