It is a contract whose legal scope is important because any difficulty or litigation must refer to it.

The agreement is signed by you (as well as by the internship supervisor), the intern (and if he is a minor his legal representative), Sciences Po Lille (and the referent teacher / tutor). The delegation of signature is possible but it does not exempt from showing on the agreement the identity of the equal representative of your structure and of the internship supervisor. It specifies the internship period to be carried out, the rights and obligations of the parties concerned, the mission or missions which will be carried out during the internship, the procedure to be followed in the event of an accident and various other points such as possible gratuity.

Beyond the compulsory mentions, provided for by regulation, the internship agreement may include additional mentions defined by Sciences Po Lille and yourself resulting from the prior consultation that you will be able to have together with the student, the student that you will welcome. internship. The agreement is therefore partly adaptable.

From a practical point of view, you must communicate all the information to the student, the student who will be able to complete a request for an internship agreement with Sciences Po Lille via a form. The student will send you the PDF internship agreement by email, which you must return signed by the legal representative and the internship surpervisor.

Important: No internship agreement can be concluded to perform a regular task corresponding to a permanent work station, to cope with a temporary increase in your activity, to occupy a seasonal job or to replace an employee or an agent in case of absence or suspension of his employment contract. In summary, you cannot look for a trainee to entrust him with the activities usually entrusted to a person recruited with a CDD or CDI or another form of employment contract.
