- Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and expanding market presence.
- Proactively manage customer portfolios, overseeing contract renewals and bidding processes to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored products and services that meet client needs and optimize outcomes.
- Present Flexcity’s offerings and achievements at industry seminars and events, enhancing brand visibility and credibility among major energy consumers and international partners.

Provide analysis and insights to market participants. Advise decision makers on the evolutions of the electricity, guarantees of origin and carbon markets:

- Monitoring the evolution of European regulation initiatives in the energy sector and their national applications

- Establishing and communicating GEMS positions on key regulatory issues in coordination with relevant teams

- Preparing participation in relevant stakeholder forums/associations to advocate official positions and report on these participation activities.

Manage & prioritize multiple inbound client data management requests :

- Interpret proactively clients, third parties and internal actors’ needs. Coordinate the data projects and optimize the delivered value

- Design and provide efficient and scalable solutions and processes. Deliver adequate technical guidance to the data ecosystem

- Handle and monitor clients or partners data management operations. Maintain and update the data flows and governance models
